Chinese Mole Reading

Chinese mole reading is a long practiced art used to determine what different moles mean in different locations around the face and body. It’s also referred to as face reading moles, moleoscopy or moleomancy among other variations.

For facial moles you can see our face reading moles page. In general moles on your back usually signify burden, whilst moles on your front can mean good fortune. Here are a few further examples of mole locations around the body and what they can mean.

Wrists

Moles on the inner side of the wrist mean different things depending on your sex. For men it means you will have a hard time hanging on to your wealth and often more money will flow out then flow in. For women this means something quite similar, she will have a tendency to spend more money then she should and have a generally unstable character. If it is on the outside of your wrist it could mean an unstable love life for men and a midlife crisis. For women, they will endure much gossip and two faced friends in their life.

Knees

The front of the knee does not have a meaning for men in Chinese mole reading, but for women it means they will struggle in life and have to work very hard to gain anything. The inside of the knee has a meaning for both males and females. For women it means they have a high social understanding and will get on well with others. For men it means they will lack the finer parts of life and the finer materials.

Chest

The center of the chest indicates ambition and dreams and the realization of them for both men and women. If it is just below your chest in the middle it suggests a generous kind hearted individual who has honor in mind.

Ankles

The front area of the ankles in men is associated with travel. If it is a small mole, it will bring you happiness on these travels but if it is a large mole it can mean trouble for your travels or as a result of them. For women it is a sign of cold heartedness or general insensitivity to others. For the back of the ankle or the heel, if on a man will show they are keen on travel away from home much like if it is on the front of the ankle, however it usually is a sign that you will not stay at home for long and tend to stay away.

Back

Chinese mole reading shows that if you have a mole in the very center of your back for both men and women suggest you will have difficulty holding on to job and have more than your fair share of bad luck.

Bum

For men, having a mole on your buttock means great intelligence, wisdom and creativity. For women it means they will be sheltered in their life but will also have good fortune in general.
